  • I enjoyed the video. It was educational. Yoou have left out a few key ingredients. I put a few sprinkles of Star Anise witjin hamburger and then again once it was just about done, and this hamberger took on the smell of fresh sausage. Also Cumin and Marajoram brings up great smells of sausage.

    Well you got me hooked. I ran out and bought 15 pounds of pork butt and made it yesterday as you directed. (I did it about 20 years ago but forgot - and you brought me back up to speed). It turned out super. Thank you and thank your mom for a great recipe. Yes, I added that "zip" too it too. :)
