Actually, a torque wrench should NEVER be used to loosen a bolt (only tightening or "torquing"). And pliers are not designed for that in the least (mainly good for holding things out of finger reach). A rachet or basic wrench are the most logical choices. And those tools were imagined, yes, but the idea would never get off the groung if logic was not used to design them so that they do the job required. One imagines they could be made out of bubble gum, but logic dictates otherwise.
