I attended the Shimla location for two months in 2011. Granted the different degrees of knowledge and teaching ability are there but I was very happy with the instruction. My American ears got used to the Indian accent the 2nd day and I had about 7 different instructors. I paid about 1/3 of that in the US. Bang for the buck it was a great ROI. I turned down 3 SharePoint jobs so far because of my certs I got there. I can wait on what I want. Not bad for a down economy.
Notice that Koenig-Solutions does not have the instructors themselves introduce themselves. .... often their English is incomprehensible. ... they memorize the standard material... and can not think further... as one student remarked when i was there last (was there twice as i simply follow the Microsoft Official Curriculum on my own) .... "the worst thing you can do is ask a question." .... as there english is at best - bad - and questions beyond the letter of the material will baffle them.
