@arman27harp - There is a point of diminishing returns in all of this. Obviously you want high hips in fly... but too high defeats the purpose. It's about the flow going forward. Certainly something to work on with your coach.
@Butler9292 Eh... I was never crazy about that saying since there are no hills in swimming. ;) You should simply be as level as possible which brings the hips up naturally. Just my opinion.
What about butterfly? Does it mean that if my hips go higher during cycles I can get more speed?
