I wash my hair and just sorta scrunch it a little bit, and occasionally put a little product, and it ends up sorta like that. But my hair is only to like my chest, and I have fairly short layers so it gets a little crazy sometimes. And I have to pin my bangs back, but that's because the cut I have looks like shit w/ curls xD But if I don't have time in the morning I just shower and scrunch a little.
