  • Good luck!! And let us know how it goes.

  • Currently working on a crochet version using knit principles to work out the kinks on the crochet increases and decreases. just expirement and see what works for you :D

  • I think it's knitted first then a crochet border applied ...it's lovely but can't find a pattern. there are some great finished ones for sale on Etsy

  • a bow looks nice on it aswel

  • ther really easy to make

  • I also saw the iknits video and it turned out to exactly alike!!! If anyone is wondering u can not crochet this headband and get the same result only close to it. So check out the iknits video if u wanna learn how to make one ur self!!

  • @AlohaCow I think I saw that same one too. Is it the one where she knits two strands of yarn together? I might try that because it looks very easy, especially to follow along with her.

  • @virginiaomalley yep it is. i made one and it looks very similar

  • Hi, I saw the " iKnits" video and proceeded to knit the headband and it came out beautifully!! You can knit along with her because it's easy to follow. She also has written instructions which you might want to print as well.

  • @sirenita1955 Is that the one where she knits with two strands of yarn together? If so, then I saw that one too. Looks easy enough.

  • Hi! I HAVE MADE THE VIDEOS ON HOW TO MAKE THE HEADBAND AND FLOWER!!!

  • I have written to Annie's Attic asking them for permission to make a video of their pattern. I'm just waiting for their response.

  • Thank you! I appreciate the effort very much. I can't wait till you put up a video, I find myself to be more of a visual learner. Thanks again!

  • I finally found this pattern in crochet at Annie's Attic for $7.95 . Here is the name and pattern number: The Boutique Head wrap A839737. It has a bunch of flowers on it, but if you click on 'see more photos', it shows what it looks like plain. It says it is an intermediate pattern. Good luck everyone! I will make a video of it as soon as I can! DON'T buy the other one called Trendy Headwrap - it is not the same.

  • what kind of crocheting is this kind?

  • have you found a video for this? or was able to knit this? if so, can you post a video? I really want to learn!

    thanks!

  • It looks knitted.

  • I found this video in YouTube, but it is in Spanish. If you know some knitting it is not difficult to follow:

Diadema o vincha en dos agujas (Parte 1)

  • Here is the link to the knitted version. Also, read the comments. They help a lot. tmatthewsfineart.blogspot.com/2010/01/free-knitting-pattern-headband-ear.html. For some reason it wouldn't let me post the page. So here is as much as I could get on. Go to tmatthewsfineart.blogspot.com.

  • I believe the headband pictured above is knitted. I was asking Teresa if she could make a crocheted one like it.

  • Hi, I would like to know the point ,Is this crochet? that it was use in this headband, Thanks Virginia.

  • I mean "ear warmers".

  • I am making one now from a knitted pattern, but just today I lent the pattern to a friend to help me fix a mistake a made in decreasing. As soon as I get it back I will post the site where I got the pattern from. I think I found it under head 'warmers'.

  • I bought the very same headband! I'm also looking for a pattern. I think it's knitted.

  • I found a pattern for this on Etsy by Toni Tillery for $4.75. I haven't been able to find it since. The one I purchased was made with shells, but she had two of them posted together and the other one looked just like the one pictured above.

Here is her email address: tillerytm@aol.com I guess I will email her too, to get the pattern. Good luck to us all! I didn't buy it in July because I thought I could just make one up on my own. No such luck!!!

  • ME TOO PLEASE PLEASE!!!! This is the exact headband i have been looking for how to make on here! Thank You!
