  • @rickwellTY unless you are physically restricted in someway, it isn't hard to change to change you lifestyle you just have to want to do it. There solution is easy, small changes lead to big transformations in the longrun. The only hard part is the commitment. I'd like to add that being a teenager is the perfect time to adapt a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition... create a routine that has benefits for you for life instead of creating a situation where being overweight is your own fault
