I agree with nicholas77373. The hitters on UCLA are especially bad I think. There are several players in my school's league that hit better than them. The libero for UCLA is very talented, though.

@FelipeBR777 Play club in the US during the summer, and try to get noticed by some college coaches. If they like what they see, they'll recruit you. If they really like you, than they might offer you a scholarship. Also, good grades never hurt.
