Hi .Im will perform this song by Creed called higher for about 20 times for about three months.Your one of the few vocal coaches on youtube i trust so im asking you.... Could you do a how to sing like video with this song.I like the song but im positive this dude has bad technique.My main cocern is how to sing the chorus.
.Am i correct when thinking the lead vocalist pushes the larynx down waaay to much.?

just out of curiosity, does ur range in falsetto decrease a great degree as you get older? im 20 years old now, have been practicing on my own for about a year and a half now (self-taught) and I use falsetto alot, mainly coz most of the songs I wanna sing use it alot ( Hard Rock and Heavy Metal singers like Ian Gillan or King Diamond for example) I'm just wondering since singers like the 1s i just told u bout have lost their range greatly in that area of voice (1 is 66 now and the other is 55)

@micaeldada the lyrinx can stay stable by yhe exercices : the naynay ex and gogog ...i tryed that it helps aloot. these ex help the lyrincs to no go up when singing cuz that appears a really bad voice . i hope i can answer yr quest even with a little.
