What kind of ropes do you use for the slack jumps? I've done it with regular static rappel ropes but that kills my hips. Do you use dynamic (rock climbing) ropes?

@Bob65001 man u must be fearless i couldnt even jump off the big rock (5m) at jamberoo in sydney let along jump into ice caves like a million feet high!! GUD ON U, we need brave people like you around more often
@GEORGIAFAIR4life after the first jump, you are fearless... Its always the first drop that will get you though. You should try it dude. You would do just fine :)
And no they generally arent a million feet high. Maybey a bit taller than this, but its the fact that you cant see the bottom that gets most people. :D
