It´s a shame, that Russia got so many point from ex-Russian countries. It gives them bad reputation. For an example Estonia. Estonians are not really fond of russians because of all that they have done to us. But the russians who live here, vote, so that Estonia will be shown in a bad light. :S

i want to congratulate Azerbaijan. it doesn't matter that we took the 8th place and didn't enter top3(but we deserve to enter top3), it's really good for the first time participating because AZERBAIJAN did it without any politic attitudes =)) we are proud of it!! What about Dima Bilan, he wasn't the best and didn't deserve the 1st place like some other participants. but what can we do.. the policy played role..

I just realized that the skater is Plushenko making a complete fool of himself. The song is a good ballad but the staging is so cheesy and ridiculous.

It's a shame! There were so many nice songs this year but the winning song is so boring and kitch. Last year Russia had an incredible song, it should have win then. Dima Bilan is so snub and arrogant... Kalomira, the Greek performer was the best in my opinion! Azerbaijan next and Albania had a very nice song to so as Armenia, Turkey, United Kingdom, France and Spain (the last two as comic songs were perfect.) Ukraine to was great!

Because, my Spanish friend, Spanish listeners never voted for Russian contesters positively at previous Eurovision sets. This time they have given a relatively high score to Russians. At least higher than to a Greek contester. This gave a final result. This is a European stage, mi amigo. We should be rational. English is a bridge between nations.

i am so disapointed. this song is awful. israel was a 100 times better for example, or any other song but this one. this is just a copy of some western shit..bilan was so desperate to win, without these two guys he wouldn't have a chance.. awful!

Because if you want to make it internationally then you have to be able to sing in english. If he went into the uk or spain ect.. and sang in russian he wouldn't get as much attention as if he sings in english cause english is an international language. Plus Timbaland produced this song.
