Now, this is Karate.....When your life is in danger, use any methods required to survive and this is coming from a Kyokushin Karate practioner....Osu!!
@dhartmiester I was just saying lol. The whole point of that was to show that this guy can pop a guys jewels with no effort with the strength of his grip, and he's not exactly afraid too in a fight.
@HairofSteel555 i understand in a life or death situation ill do anything, but is it necessary in training? i train mma style so we just stick to ufc based rules
@dhartmiester That's where I don't like MMA training. Not denouncing MMA itself, but I probably would like SOOOO much better if it wasn't so sport based with rules and all. I grew up with a Policeman as a dad, who was also a local brawler in his younger years who was teaching me tricks of the trade since before my Karate training. I guess it's not necessary, but it is a good part of training. "You are what you practice." is the quote that cans to mind when I think of Martial training.

I like this side of karate. It is everything that bullshido tells you not to do or write about on their forums.

@doublebassrox not without taking him out to dinner first
dhartmiester 6 months ago
@dhartmiester Yes he did. If you want to know why, grab your own junk, and squeeze as hard as you can. Now multiply that by about 7 fold.
HairofSteel555 6 months ago
@HairofSteel555 you want me to fold what 7 times? thats the first time another guy has asked me to grab and squeeze my own jewels
