Had a red nose pit named duke! Sweetest dog. One morning him and my hound dog got out and were playing behind my house. We found are hound dog but we were worried about duke( since he is a pit and can ,but never would, hurt someone. We turned a corner and saw him lying dead with all sorts of holes in his chest. I can understand if he tried to hurt them, but it comes out they shot my bestfriend for sport. Idc what anyones says. Any dog can kill, but they wont if they're raised right! RIP. U too

@juliottt1 There's only one pitbull and that's the apbt. There are other pitbull type dogs like the Amstaff and staffy, but there is only one true bulldog and that's the american pitbull terrier. This dog seems to be an Old Family Red Nose apbt, which has his roots in Ireland and generally is on the heavier side (60 lbs.) However this is not a gamedog (apbt bred for fighting), they were back in the day though.

@MissWooHoo1 actually kurdish kangals are very dangerous... and i bet the only reason why they banned them is because the owners didn't use them for the right reason.. it's not the dogs fault.. lets put it this way lets just say you raised a child in an abusive home and then the child grew up only knowing that because that's what the child saw everyday. is that the childs fault?? don't think so.. and all the pits have been around yeah they literally do lick you to death..

The number one most dangerous breeds are: German Shepherds, Border Collies(my favs) , chihuahuas(:P), cocker spaniels, corgi's, golden retrievers. Look it up, learn the facts, and stop listening to the media, cause they literally couldn't tell a pit from an obese jack russel.

My friends pitbull actually is baller u cn pull its ears and anything it wont bight. As soon as some one threatens to hurt its loved ones it growls and shows it's teeth its bad ass one of the nicest dogs i know. Even he couldn't stop her from leaping at me trying to bite me. I stood my ground after it jumped at me like 4 times and I growled back LOUD(I went through Marine Corps Officer shool...she backed down HOORAH). The hairs on her head stood up and she started foaming!

It caught ahold of me then took a CHUNK OUT OF MY BACK!! I ran up a car bleeding when the neighbor contained his animal. He said, "we shouldn't have been so loud in the parking lot! Yall provoked my dog!"
