I just heard about this thru a gameFAQ, says you can only do a Time Trial on Arcade after getting all licenses, thus unlocking all tracks. I didn't know you can race on this track too, lmfao

Lol its because all the cars are bunched up on the grid and so part of your car always starts in the back of the car in front, so you always go backwards at the start.
