my gosh I've been a fan of this man since I was ten years old, and I'm 40 now...he can still rock the house can't he?? and yes he is still sexy, but a damn good musician. The first concert I ever seen was last year and it was a Rick Springfield concert. The best birthday present ever from my husband who is very understanding when it comes to my Rick obsession!

Nice cover. I just saw him on 16 May. Amazing show, even if it was too short. If anyone had told me I would be standing there drooling over a 60 year old, I would have laughed. But FUCK THAT MAN IS HOT!!! And he has more energy than I do! He moved so much I had trouble getting pictures of him, lol. But luckily, he was nice enough to stop for a picture after the show with my friend and me. He was in a hurry, but stopped anyway. Oh, and his back feels nice through a soft cotton tee!!

warten concert was in 2007 it is in Rockford theres a dvd of it. great concert you wouldn't even think rick is in his 60's these days! im 16 and rick springfield is by far one of the greatest artist i know

Didn´t he? Never knew that. The same goes for Germany. "Celebrate youth" was his only major hit in this country and I remember the young people going mad whenever he appeared on festivals etc in 1985. But then he vanished and nobody who´s younger than 35 or so knows him here. Really a shame !

@wartenberg7 Apologies - not been on Youtube for a long time.....Celebrate Youth was a good song but then I like all his music. My brother got me into his music all those years ago and yes I am older than 35, lol, that's probably why I remember him. Yes it is a shame. He's still going strong in the US and touring over there. I managed to get a copy of his Venus in Overdrive CD :)
