People who have jobs really don't know just how difficult it is to find work. Over 50, Back ground checks, Credit checks, over qualified, under qualified, employers are really being picky. Just for information I'll never vote for another Republican again.

Update: (Senator: Debbie Ann Stabenow D-MI) has apparently introduced another Bill For Unemployment Insurance Extensions, on June 22, 2010. You can do a search for it on OpenCongress(dot)org. Search for "S.3520" or "S.3520 - Unemployment Insurance Extension Act of 201".

And this bill, as of now (knock on wood), is a stand alone bill pertaining to Unemployment Insurance Extensions, only (no other fluff and pork barrel stuff).

American's need to speak out, to the president, press, and who ever will listen. This needs to change. They need to stop the tax credits to large corporations to outsource, give companie's tax breaks to hire back the laid off citizens. EVERY LAST REPUBLICAN (46) VOTED AGAINST the bill. While only 11 Democrats voted against it. Some times you need to trust the math. after separating the doctors increase part of the bill, it passed unanimously meaning the republicans approved. They didn't care about the budget then did they? Blind loyalty to the republican party is what makes you ignore what is happening. The majority of years the republicans have controlled the Senate, and they have NEVER decrease spending for 1 year, EVER.
