why waste your money on this, if you buy a can of scotch guard, get a pan of sand, spray it once then apply a few more coats you can have your own hydrophobic sand (moonsand)

It's so called "Moon Sand", nobody tells its actual moon sand, I think that's why both first letters are capital :-)

@MrVrexor there is moon sand on earth Vrexor. And also, use common logic, the reason our sand isn't sharp is because of friction with other sand caused by wind waves etc.
