I'm sorry but this is just sick, for anyone to film and post this is just wrong. I can only guess that Jimmy has lots of time on his hands and a very empty life. After seeing a piece on him I thought I'd look him up and am now even more disappointed than I was before. Sure law enforcement/ city employees aren't always in the right but most do an amazing job and they're sent out each and every day into a world where people carry guns around and blow each other away, they don't need this crap.

I agree.. Any normal cop would've laced the guy with atleast 1 more ticket. Also, a real cop, even a woman, if felt threatened would've called for backup or pulled her gun out to arrest the guy...
