She did say the negative effects the condition had on her were amplified with emotion, when she was upset for instance. But she also said that she wouldn't change it for anything. I believe that when she found out about it, it really improved the way she looked at and lived her life.
Aye well the film was supposed to be designed as a 'day in the life of' piece and we were going to use visual effects to try and simulate her sensory experiences. If the film had been like that though, it would have conflicted with the brief, as it was meant to be about the subject; the woman in the film. The name 'Under an Orange Sky' was chosen to portray how different her perspective on life is, not that she see's the sky as orange...

Good - Progression, Length & pace, combination of interior and exterior locations, resisting using whacky colours all over the place.
Not so good - would like to have had a name to relate to for "subject" she reveals a lot of personal stuff - Chris Andrews with an "S" in credits
