Your ignorance is absolutely ASTOUNDING. 29,000 new members a day would be 10.5M members per year. But LDS Inc's total claimed membership is only 13 million worldwide.

Well the hundreds of actual and planned temples and thousands of chapels and church office buildings don't run themselves. And we both know that stuff doesn't get paid for by Good looks alone or we'd all be in trouble. We're an odd looking bunch.

Hundreds of temples? Last count I saw as 125 with half of them being open by appointment only. Hinckley thought, "if you build it, they will come," but that growth and temple attendance did not materialize.
LDS Inc is so flush with cash from looting its members that it has billions to invest as well. Most money is NOT spent on temples or the office buildings. LDS Inc is simply a business with a cult as a front.

You can also look at google earth for any temple and see that most of them have little or no cars in their parking lots. Yes, temples are closed on sundays, but the satellite photos are taken at random times.

As far as adoption goes, the statistics prove that gays are better parents than your average straight man or women. They have higher education, more income, less alcohol/drug abuse, and less child abuse.

I, like just about every human being on the planet, was vulnerable to mind control. I was ignorant of the psychological attacks that LDS Inc and other cults use to recruit and retain members.
Do I share some responsibility? Sure, but that doesn't excuse LDS Inc for conning people either.
