@tixmastr - no, that's not fair either. A tax based upon a flat percentage of a person's income is more fair than a tax of a fixed amount. What non-flat taxes do, however, is give the gov't the power to coerce behavior with the tax code, and that is enslaving.
I would prefer seeing a flat nat'l *sales* tax. Same tax percentage on all goods and services transactions. Never more than 15%. And along with it, and end to all other federal taxation.

@tixmastr No threat, just the facts. If you had studied history, you would know that when this country was young, citizens took government seriously. Those that failed to do the voters bidding could end up tar and feathered. You would also know that a requirement to vote was to be a land owner. To own land meant you had a vested interest.

Not only amazing messages in his work, I agree with angelccorr, the new Norman Rockwell!! Clearly inspired by the plight of the American people (specifically the working class), and mirrors the disconnect that is ever present and growing between the working class and the entitlement class and the politicians. These three divides are going to be the downfall of the greatest national potential since the fall of Rome if Amercians don't wake up.
