its because finch tunes there guitars a half step down and the song is not meant to be played in that tuning so nate had to sing lower which made the song sound a lot different then the original and potentially sound like shit....i agree finch was a good band and but this cover is bad.

I really like Finch, but this is a horrible cover, I just watched their Jimmy Kimmel performance, and it was the same thing, very bad! Good song, good band, bad cover.

Great song by a Great band. This is an okay cover by an okay band. Vocals suck! Do yourselves a favor and only listen to Hum play this song.

good song but whom ever was holding the camera sucked much dick while filming this.....unless the singer has a huge ego theres no reason for the camera to follow him and only him on stage...especially while the bridge is being played......EPIC FAIL!

This is the best Hum cover I've seen yet. Incredible job! They tuned down to E flat, which is what you do when your singer is more comfortable a little lower.
