The touching feature is interesting, but the problem is that when the screen is vertical, soon you would be at the hospital with tenontitis. (Tenontitis is when your palm is hurt). So, the working area should be changed to a horizontal desktop which you could place on your desk, or a portable surface which you could carry on your knees, accompanied by an electronic pen.

the icons on the menu bar are like the dock . and the zoom u do with your fingers on the pictures is ecxacly like the zoom all the macbooks do for years now. ooh and don't forget the search bar on start menu it is like spotlight but a lot more worse.and finally the gadget and the sidebar are like widgets on tha dashboard. so don't tell me that microsoft hasn't copied apple because u are mistaken! 
