The wobble you see on the arbor is probably just from the spacers on either side of the cutter. The ID of the spacer can be considerably larger than the OD of the arbor.
On the other hand, during the cut, the sound indicates there may be some wobble on the cutter itself.
Would you mind telling how to fix it? Just hammer it a bit or something else?
The arbor on the mill I just learned working on wobbles as well. It doesn't disturb me, but if there's a chance to fix it and it's not too hard, I'll fix it.

very honorable. first time I see a machine demostrated in how it cuts steel. not just that the spindle and tables move.
