i like both of the RP'S but i also know Rand's budget proposals haven't got a chance of passing.like advocating weight loss to a sumo wrestler.Money equals power and politicians must have more power.just like any addict they must have have more.JFK called Washington "Hollywood for ugly people".The Pauls and Chris Flake's are the very few honourable exceptions.

I like Sen Rand Pauls five year plan to balance the budget. So 800 Biilion (the reversal of Obama increases) in the 2012 budget and everything else in the final four year. Added to this should be entitlement reform.
