Your so pretty...none of the asian girls in my school will give me their time, I'm athletic and spanish...but it seems like they only want asian guys q_q
@a86wanabe it's a steam oven but you could just use a regular steamer basket lined with waxed paper over a pot of boiling water. might take a little longer to cook though. also, i'd pick a cheap balsamic over white vinegar. it'll have the same malty characteristics.
@rintintism it's just a piece of sawn off dowelling that my dad made for my mum when she couldn't find a traditional rolling pin at the shops. go for something in the vicinity of 1.5-2cm thick
Hi, I was wondering if you are using wheat flour or wheat starch? Some Har Gow recipes use wheat starch or are their wrapper different from dumplings?
i think im in love with Shez...

@lamoca88 just regular flour! these ones aren't as translucent as the tapioca flour ones

can i use regular vinegar? like balsamic or white?
a86wanabe 7 months ago
@a86wanabe balsamic would work, though I'd go with a sharper flavoured one as opposed to a fruity one :)
