The quick and broad sweeping solution we need is single payer health insurance. $1.6B pay packages for William McGuire of UnitedHealth are an outrage. How many died for that? Google "Health Care Dynamics" on why it's a complex problem and why only single payer will fix it. We must get corporations from between patients and doctors. Despite what those on the extremist "right" say, this is not socialized medicine as the doctors would not work for the government.
I agree with you. My brother died in February because his pancreatic cancer was treated in emergency room only, and he was always sent home with pain meds and no workup ever done until it was stage 4.

Disappointing in that the doctor does not offer any solutions. Medicare for all (the Public Option) would be one way.
