yes they do, the few times I've seen these at stores

I solved the problem with the MOLLE 2 hydration system. The strap holding the cap in place was in the way and did not allow the cap to seal properly.

stay away from the military issue hydramax systems because they leak when the wieght of the water is on the bottom of the cap.

Really? I haven't had that issue .. but I have only hiked with it, not doing labor or fighting with it
