face it, Texas will never have as many championships as Oklahoma nor will they ever win as many conference championships as OU (OU 7 NC's, TX 4 NC's. OU 42 conference titles, Texas 29 conference titles)

Yeah because Oklahoma played for 60 years in the Big 8. Texas was in the most competitive conference in America in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
