He wasn't that famous. He was a jobber in WWE. Just because someone's in TV (very briefly mind you), doesn't make them a celebrity. Besides, nothing wrong with making an honest living.
Seriously you don't know anything about wrestling do you? He was FUCKING ECW champion and a hell of a one at that back when ECW was good. In my book when any of the big three champs (ECW, WCW, and WWE) end up workin at Olive Garden that's kind of a fail
I know nothing about wrestling? Do you honestly think Justin Credible was a mainstream star? The original ECW was always a cult promotion. They never got higher than a 1.0 nielson rating for their TV show, their PPV buys were abysmal and they had no mainstream exposure. That's like saying Steve Corino is a mainstream wrestler. He's not. Again, how is working at Olive Garden "fail"? He's earning an honest living and has a job outside of wrestling, something guys like HBK or Triple H don't have.
One of the reasons they never got good ratings was because TNN the channel they ran on were idiots and never promoted or ran one freaking commerical for them
the original ECW was growing and it had national exposure tv deal with TNN, and there ppvs. Also there last ppv they had the most buys and they where growing, and Justin could of became a main stream star as ECW was growing before its death. And its TV show on TNN was the highest rated show in that netowrks history at the time.
Yes but the fact is, none of that happened because ECW went under, mainly due to Paul Heyman. Also the ratings weren't that great because TNN itself was still a growing netowrk, I believe they only hit a 1 rating once, and their PPV buys weren't anything near what WWE and WCW was getting. It could have been bigger, but it wasn't, and especially seeing as WWE made Justin Credible a jobber when he joined in 2001 and again in 2006, and hasn't been seen for over 3 years, he's not a mainstream star.
Actually if I remember correctly, Credible and Steve Corino were in the process of forming a Tag Team and go for the ECW Tag Team Title's, but that all came to a stop when ECW went out of business, R.I.P. to Original ECW. EC F'N W
So you're calling me a ten year old loser because I'm defending Justin Credible working at Olive Garden? That makes no sense. Or perhaps you actually think the original ECW was mainstream? If so, you're just as big of an idiot as the last guy. I've been watching wrestling for 11 years now, and I watch more indy wrestling than WWE these days. Nice try.
I remember Grinspoon's version not having a solo....either that or not as good of a solo as Prong's version. Not that the solo is that great or anything....
The version used in ECW was the Grinspoon version. Just like RVD's "Walk" was by...Killgore I beleive instead of Pantera and Sandy's "Enter Sandman was Motorhead rather than Metallica. I beleive the original version of this song was in fact by Prong. The Grinspoon version isnt as good.
its hard to beleive that justin was a jobber given the fact that scott hall brought him into the kliq wich is still around today. but hhh and hbk never really liked him so they made him a jobber.
So thats why he was a jobber as the Portuguese Man O' War. So it makes sense that since HHH and HBK didnt like him he was jobbing. Why even allow him into the Kliq if they didnt like him?
they allowed him into the kliq because scott hall wanted him in. same reason hhh was in the kliq becuase he was sucking up so much to shawn michaels so he brought him in. if scott hall would have never left and guided him justin would have been a main eventer. in ecw paul heyman let justin show off all of his talents and made him a super star. then he went back to wwe but hhh and michaels were still there so they still didnt let him be a star cause they knew how good he was.
wrong one man the grinspoon cover is his original theme

Yeah, he didn't want to job to guys like Mike Knox and Kevin Thorn. When Justin Credible refuses to job to you, then you gotta suck pretty hard.
