  • Did you ever complete the program? I couldn't find any more vids of yours on it. I'm on week 3, going to do my last day tomorrow or friday, I'm so scared to do week 4! it's got 5 minute segments! I slacked off at first, but now I'm getting down to business. Beautiful hair, I'd love to see some hair vids too!

  • well the reason we would LOVE to know what your hair regimine is.......... because its simply healthy looking and long! you take great care of your hair as well as your health. you are an intereting person to us so what ever looks great we are going to ask. so please please think about it some more. by the way you are GREAT!

  • ohh.....and! (ha - you def got me thinking with this vid) I completely relate to what you say about no longer feeling proud. I have come SO far, but because its been over such a long period of time, I have forgotten that initial pride that I had. Now I am so down on myself, constantly beating up on myself mentally even though the vast majority of the time I do well. Cool vid. Got the cogs turning.

  • I completely know what you mean about running. It makes me feel strong too and when I have running in my life then my eating is generally on track. You are in the Christmas Losers challenge and you want to lose weight but you look really slim already??! How much are you wanting to lose?

  • heey. well i've lost most of my weight already which is why i look slim. (although, my bottom half is bigger than my top) lol. but i'm only about 6 pounds away from my first goal. then from there i may go down a few more with toning.

  • I have to say I really liked this video... =) U deffidently made me want to start doing little challenges too, That water challenge sounds like a pretty good plan =) I might just follow u LOL ( kidding) but anyways I am soooo glad trulyjess decided to do a challenge i was going down hill before that lol all the best =) im going to bed now too lol nite nite *yawns*

  • You can do it girl! Love this video. I'm going to start up the program again nov 1st. I lapsed in week 5 LOL but I was doing so good. I downloaded the podcasts that a guy from cool runnings did and it really helps me to listen to them while I do it.

    Great idea on the mini specific goals, I think that is BRILLIANT.

  • Danielle thank you for reminding me of mini goals. I used to do them all the time at the beginning too and then they kinda fell off my plan. Gonna set some now! And I just joined Jess's challenge too. We ARE gonna get to goal on this challenge!!

  • I started C25K last week and it is kickin my butt so far. My goal is to run a 5K on New years Eve. I would guess there is one in your area as well. That would be right about the 9 week mark.

  • I ran 5K last Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and yesterday ran 11K! Thanks for keeping me accountable! I love running now and am running pretty much everyday. If I am not running I am biking an hour. Many days I run 3 miles plus bike an hour or more.

    My goal has now shifted from doing a 5k to doing a Triathlon in June. :) I am still going to run 4-5 5K races before June to prep me for the Tri.

    Thanks for checking on me and keeping me accountable for my goals!

    good luck with running full on. i've heard of some ppl using the program and it working and others who just say f it. so there's potential lol
