Did you ever complete the program? I couldn't find any more vids of yours on it. I'm on week 3, going to do my last day tomorrow or friday, I'm so scared to do week 4! it's got 5 minute segments! I have come SO far, but because its been over such a long period of time, I have forgotten that initial pride that I had. Now I am so down on myself, constantly beating up on myself mentally even though the vast majority of the time I do well. Cool vid. Got the cogs turning.
I completely know what you mean about running. It makes me feel strong too and when I have running in my life then my eating is generally on track. You are in the Christmas Losers challenge and you want to lose weight but you look really slim already??! How much are you wanting to lose?
heey. well i've lost most of my weight already which is why i look slim. (although, my bottom half is bigger than my top) lol. but i'm only about 6 pounds away from my first goal. then from there i may go down a few more with toning.

Great idea on the mini specific goals, I think that is BRILLIANT.
Danielle thank you for reminding me of mini goals. I used to do them all the time at the beginning too and then they kinda fell off my plan. Gonna set some now! And I just joined Jess's challenge too. We ARE gonna get to goal on this challenge!!
I started C25K last week and it is kickin my butt so far. My goal is to run a 5K on New years Eve. I would guess there is one in your area as well. That would be right about the 9 week mark.
I ran 5K last Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and yesterday ran 11K! Thanks for keeping me accountable! I love running now and am running pretty much everyday. If I am not running I am biking an hour. Many days I run 3 miles plus bike an hour or more.
My goal has now shifted from doing a 5k to doing a Triathlon in June. :) I am still going to run 4-5 5K races before June to prep me for the Tri.

I can't believe how good you look after going to the gym! My hair is all nasty..frizzy..and gross.
I can't wait to hear more about the C25k program. I'm curious about it..but I think I have a ways to go before I start running.
