  • we are here only a short time, just to get wealth? or even healed? NO! we are here to worship the LORD and lead people to the cross.

  • he has a false materialistic view of God, and he is a LOVER of money

  • Biblical response to that video:

Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the LORD's purpose that prevails.

Jeremiah 17:9 (ESV) The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand

Ephesians 2:8 (ESV) For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.

These pastors are wolves in sheeps' clothing, there was NOTHING biblical about what he said. People Wake Up. Judgement Day is coming.

  • *“I’m here to restore THE BLESSING to you. You’re not going to be the poor anymore because yours is the kingdom of God!”

  • Blessed are the poor? No one knows that better than Jesus Himself. That’s the reason He spent so much time during His earthly ministry teaching people how to understand and act in accordance with THE BLESSING. Although most believers don’t realize it, that’s what He was doing when He preached the message in Luke 6 called the “Sermon on the Mount.” Jesus delivered that entire message to outline the process of THE BLESSING. Because we haven’t understood that, however, there’s been much confusion

  • @OriginalJosh01 Most people think that because He started His message with the statement, “Blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God,” (verse 20), He wanted us to believe that poverty is godly. They think Jesus taught it’s a blessing to be poor. That wasn’t what He said at all. He told us THE BLESSING would remove poverty. When He said “Blessed be ye poor…,” He was giving the poverty stricken the good news that their days of poverty were over. He was saying, “I’m here to restore

  • Nowhere in the Bible is "sewing a seed" ever associated with giving money and get tons back in return. This is a false teaching. If you hear anyone like Duplantis teaching this run away.

  • He's a false prophet... Watch Call for Discernment by Justin Peters...

  • Thank You Jesus for sending your servant Jesse to teach us the truth of your word.

  • If i never have a dime on this earth I will deal with it,cause I have everything i need in heaven.Jesse is only speaking the truth dont get mad..get over it.

  • All I will say is be careful of the words you choose and judgement you pass on anyone. For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks...what is in your heart comes out your mouth & shows up here. We are condemned or justified by our words because they show our heart. Is your heart right with God? What have you said lately? Lets not judge, but if you don't agree pray for God to reveal His truth to all...esp. those with a microphone.

  • These heretics are sickening. What is worse is that God's people hate the true teachers, and love snakes like this deceiver.

  • When persecution comes full force in America ... AND IT WILL... I wonder what these prosperity folks are going to do then

  • More sheep with the sharp teeth.

  • She's gorgeous!

  • listen to a few of paul washers videos on missions that is what money is for

  • god will do anything you believe???

seriously did he just say that?

    wrong.

  • @Stinkko Thank God He doesn't do anything we believe!

  • Word of Faith stuff doesn't work in the Chinese underground church yet it is the fastest growing church in the world withot any money.

  • I'm pentecostal and ALL name it and claim it is from the devil and so is "lose your salvation" (salvation by WORKS). Calvinism is devil too.

  • Just a simple observation... True money is not inherently wrong.. it is the love of money that is wrong. But question, how much easier is it to love money when u have a filthy pile of it then when u have not so much? Answer: much much easier ;)

  • make a decision and He'll back it? are you serious? well there goes God's sovereignty! How stupid and unbiblical. "make a decision and He'll back it" is about the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

  • That's a huge teaching in the WOF, speak what you want to happen. It sounds good, it sounds true the way they spin it, but it's a lie!

  • Doctrines of Demons .....these false teachers are just recycling old cult metaphysics....he like them all use-eisegesis, they pull out a verse and smack it on there carnal greed. disgusting!

  • god says for us to be blessed.

  • You idiots - Don't Let the Devil Con You out of Eternal Life. And Don't Let the Devil Con you into staying poor and wretched. The Church is the body of Christ and has many members. The Church in America is the part of the Body of Christ financing the Spread of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. If Jesus could trust you to finance His Work, then He'd make you rich – if you had FAITH. FREE YOUR MIND.

  • oh gosh lol ... so that was Lazurus (the beggers) problem? He just hadn't freed his mind? According to Jesus, in the story, it was not him with the problem but the rich man... free ur mind up just enough to think about that one for a bit :)

  • "Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them." Mark 11:24

"Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things." Matthew 12:34-35

"The seed is the word of God." Luke 8:11

Say what God says, and you will see what God sees.

This is the Origin of the Word of Faith.

If you will not enter, what can be done?

  • its always a time to be on alert when the one-liners are flying. what's so alarming is his focus on human effort and performance as opposed to reliance and trust in God.

we dont need to wait on the Lord? read isaiah 40:31. Simeon in the temple?? waiting for the consolation of Israel. the apostles in the upper room? Jesus told them to wait!! (acts 1:4)

  • Pulpit pimps with a money gospel!

  • Jesse and the other wof preachers are not laying a foundation. They are telling us that a price has been paid but they are not telling us the cost. we have to deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Jesus. He said learn of Him, He is meek and lowly. I would want to know whether or not jesse is accountable to anyone or does he despise authority?

  • set free to do what he wants... that is NOT Christianity, how many times did he say he was set free cause God said 'make a decision and I'll back it' ??? LORD have mercy !!

  • Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God NOT by thinking positively. As christians we need to live by the word of God NOT what this carnal man is talking about.

  • godliness with contentment is great gain-

exposing false teaching according to biblical teaching is not merely giving opinions of other preachers, it is contending for the faith-true disciples of Christ are commanded to speak the truth...in love, but to speak the truth and not be politically correct or make up stuff like most of the Word- Faith teachers do.

  • We are called to preach the Gospel to the world, not to give our opions of other preachers that does more harm to the church than good.I Love Jesse's teachings because he is encouraging and Funny. I also Listen to him because he doesnt talk bad about other minstries.Just grow up spiritually in Jesus and he will reveal himself to you as well.

  • Study to show your self approved of God..rightly dividing the word. Then you will see plainly from the word that false teachers like Jessie stuff the skin of the truth with a great big lie. He is a false teacher not because I say he is, rather the word of God condemns him. We are to judge and discern rightly. That is what fruit in a ministry is all about. What a teacher o preachers DOCTRINE is. This is rank heresy, and you should know it. Keep studying the word, just not with Jessie.

  • all these false teachers are full of self. They are full of pride, my concern is

with all these so-called Christian T V stations promotinf these teaching from hell, the scripture about the narrow way and the broad road comes to mine.

    shame on you.

  • phone or contact these false teachers

and tell them God told you to ask them

for a million dollars e.t.c, they won't give

you it, but they want you to give money,

so they don't believe what they teach.

jesse needs another jet for his colection.

    poor man.

  • God is in the born again believer (holy spirit indwells) gives us power..but, the religious spirit which is from satan will hate the power & anointing given to the children of God, those born of incorrutible seed..and god raising up business men & women 4 the Kingdom of God to be advanced-gospel printed, shared, spread..but the fear, sleeping, unbelieving, & judging in wrong spirited christian will see it, but wont partake of what gods doing now. Pharisee spirits are in the body of Christ.

  • After Watching this I feel physically sick

  • The Word Faith Movement in my opinion has the wrong view of God as it places trust in metaphysics as opposed to trust in God. It relies on a Universal Faith-Force that is in obedience to certain cosmic laws that God also must obey. God becomes something that can be manipulated through Positive Affirmation. Word Faith techniques such as Positive Confession and faith are not one in the same as it promotes ones own selfish desires.

  • Cajun man strikes again!

  • Strikes out - when the Empire (Kingdom of Heaven) strikes back.

  • Doesn't the Bible say "Judge not, lest ye be judged?" Well, I see a whole lot of judging going on with no reason. I'm not gonna judge, since it ain't right at all.

  • "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment." -John 7:24

  • You realize you are judging them for being judgers?

  • not judging them for being judgers but pointing out that their judging is wrong

  • Nor is it right for a prosperity pimp to preach a false gospel.

We are called to point out that which is right and that which is wrong, and Jesse is plainly wrong.

  • Jesse is a great orator...I'll give him that, but where is Christ crucified?? Another example of the "ME" doctrine. What is God going to do for "ME" today? How is God going to bless "ME" today? Folks....it's not about us. Gods grace is sufficient. The fact that he paid OUR sin debt is enough, so be thankful for that. Your treasure is in Heaven my friends, quit trying to milk God for earthly treasures. Jesse Duplantis is wealthy because people send him money. Read the Bible so you may Discern!!

  • So just because I'm not mega rich makes me a non-believer on non blessed? Don't lay up for yourself treasures on earth but rather treasures in heaven. It's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven. For your information, Job didn't take one single thing he owned with him to heaven. That junk all stayed here on earth and rotted. Btw, how much do you have? This guy puts too much emphasis on wealth and not God. What about repentance?

  • Amen Amen Amen!!! We've left behind the message of salvation and indoctorinated the modern church with garbage like this. We need to repent and turn the church world back to God. His statement about God telling him, "If I'm not telling you what to do, just make a decision and I'll back it"........please!!! God said consider him first in all our ways and HE WILL DIRECT OUR PATHS! This is why I DON'T watch most of these televangelists!

  • I tell you what a saved man a truly saved man wouldnt be worried about how much stuff you got but a bum iin godliness is more holy than this man of coveoutsness ,, snake oil salesmen and tickle the ear preachers they never lay down their lives for jesus who should ever give to god that he should repay them

  • Why doesnt he go live in a third world country and preach jesus crucified, live there and preach the prosperity gospel we have it and they need it not us but he has no passion for the truly lost and depraved of humanity it breaks my heart. Storyteller.

  • Jesse Duplantis- love that man

  • The sheer number of people who call themselves Christian yet follow false teachers, prophets and doctrine is disgusting.

  • what does the bum on the street have to spread the gospel? a cardboard sign. I see that he is using his unique personality to spread the gospel in a much more effective way. Bill gates ia a billionaire but i have never heard him praise the lord jesus one time....the devil is a con man too. Good words or bad words....jesse speaks good words.

    *******peace*******

  • "what does the bum on the street have to spread the gospel? a cardboard sign. I see that he is using his unique personality to spread the gospel in a much more effective way."

    Excuse me?

  • Love ya Brother Jesse!

  • Healtheland--sorry. But I have been a born again, bible thumping, jesus freak for 18 years. If people want to get busy rightly dividing the Word of God..then we wouldn't be discussing this. Duplantis is only saying exactly what the bible says--in his own Cajun flair. NAME ONE THING that he has said thats not biblical. Get your eyes onto Christ and stop throwing stones at your brothers in Christ!!

  • biker..You are wrong. Positive confession and focusing on visions and dreams is VERY biblical. Faith is a matter of what you say and confess. You can believe in God on the inside but is very important to confess the right things with your mouth - it is all throughout the new testament

  • The "Positive Confession" / "Word-Faith" movement teaches that faith is a matter of what WE say more than in whom we trust, or what truths we embrace in our hearts. The term "positive confession" is the teaching that OUR words have creative power. They often claim things that happen to you, depend on the things you say, such as the favors you demand of God, and that they must all be stated positively, and without wavering. Then they teach that God is required to answer. This is unbiblical.

  • There were plenty of people in the Bible who were very blessed by God, who had very little material wealth whatsoever.

  • God is good using jesse the way he does ,he is such a positive man of god.

  • If it is 100% scripturally accurate, then explain all of the Christians in the Bible that were persecuted and lived and died in poverty. The experience of the Christians in the Bible proves this man to be a liar.

  • firstly we must rightly divide the word... not every christian in the bible died in poverty... in fact many of them didnt... many died in wealth under the covenant... look at the testimony of abraham, joseph, david, solomon, job, etc. & even jesus was not poor (having a treasurer) nor homeless like many ppl seem to believe... thats the problem of looking at one scripture & dismissing the other... but no... once again we must rightly divide the word of truth...

  • Yes, they did die because they did not obey the word of god.

You see not listening to the original intent of god caused all

this mess. We will all die and the biggest surprise for most will be Jesus christ standing there and some still arguing with words of truth.

  • Try taking the "Prosperity Gospel" to countries where they are laying in the streets starving and most children die by age of 3 due to malnutrition. This type of teaching only works in fat rich counties like America, and also is used by these preachers as an excuse for them to be living in a way most of their followers can only imagine. "Look at me, I have a private plane and 5 houses. GOD has blessed me." is what they say so gullible people will think they are men of GOD. They are con-men.

  • @randoley They are vipers and will be thrown into the Lake of Fire after the Second Death!!

  • @randoley obviously you fail to realize those country's need prosperity messages the most. Why don't you research how many times this man has been to Africa. Duh Lol =P

  • There is nothing Jesse Duplantis has stated that you can prove to be non-scriptural. He is a great man of God.

  • Who specifically are you referring to in the Bible that was persecuted, and lived and died in poverty.

The burden of proof lies upon you - You PROVE with scripture where Jesse is wrong. He is exactly correct. As born again Christians, we are JOINT HEIRS with Jesus Christ. That means whatever God will do for Jesus, he will do for me and YOU!

  • Can I ask a sincere question? What would you say to persecuted Christians in 3rd world countries that live in poverty?

  • Try reading Hebrews chapters 11 and 12.

  • Amen say it again!!!!!!!!!!. For those who says that Jesus "doesn't help rich people" . Jesus chilled with a tax collector and help him. He helped Jauris who was very wealthy to bring his daughter back to life. I know people that take the scripture that is hard for rich man to enter heaven. Notice it says its HARD , but not impossible. Just saying

  • @healtheland AMEN!

  • King David wasn't poor. Neither was Daniel in his latter years.

  • @youarebeingridiculou King David wasn't poor neither was Daniel. Neither were they Christian, they were Jews. Not to say Christians aren't blessed financially by God some are some aren't.

  • @healtheland Is that so? Then you explain to me why God blessed beyond measure Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Job, and if Jesus was so poor then why did he have a treasurer? No poor person/Person needs a treasurer. God said that the poor will always be with us, but that didn't mean that He WANTED us to be poor. Why would any good Father want his children to suffer and be in poverty. It's the love of money that is the root of all evil; not money in and of itself.

  • @Kelmanila If you have 5 people in a group and everyone pitches in $5 you would need a treasurer to handle that $5. Saying Jesus was rich because He had a treasurer is not honest. Do rich people walk everywhere, invite themselves for dinner, sleep outside, and use a borrowed grave? Jesus did.

  • @OriginalJosh01 2Co 8:9 means he was rich in Heaven before he came to Earth to be poor. Jesus bore our sins on the cross not our poverty.

  • @OriginalJosh01 Jesus is called a servant in many places.( Philippians 2:6), How many servants are rich? Did Jesus live a lavish lifestyle? He said, "The son of man has no place to lay his head." If he was rich why would He walk everywhere and sleep outside? Why didn't Jesus pay his taxes from his own pocket instead of pulling it from a fishes mouth? Why did he borrow a donkey instead of buying one? Why did He borrow a tomb? Doesn't sound rich to me. It just take logic to see He was poor.

  • @OriginalJosh01 I've never heard of the spititual realm producing the physical. I don't know what you are talking about. I believe the blessing Jesus came to give us is not in this world but in what we will inherit in Heaven. Your only guaranteed blessing on Earth is knowing you have ever lasting life. (if you are blessed enough to know that) I do not believe worldly success reflects your standing with God. Where your heart lies, your treasure lies also.

  • Comment removed

  • @OriginalJosh01 but I don't think my actions have anything to do with it. I'm not sick because I have sinned or I'm not rich because I have pleased God. My prayers might affect the physical world if it is in line with what God wants. I don't believe in the 'Prosperity Gospel" or the "Name it and Claim it." teachings. I conform to God. He does not conform to me.

  • @OriginalJosh01 No we have no light. We can not create the light. Only Jesus can do that through us, if we decide to follow him. We have no light in us. We walk in the light only when we walk with Jesus. We can not give God more light, We only reflect His light, I do not have power to do any of that. The Bible says we must become nothing and deny ourselves to follow Jesus.Heaven and Hell are not here on Earth. What you are saying is close to New-Age Mysticism with Jesus stuck to it.

  • @randoley I did not mean to imply that we our selves create light. What I meant was, if we follow what we know about the word currently, we will have more revealed to us- we will continue to learn more about the word of God. Mysticism's definitions is "A religion based on mystical communion with an ultimate reality". Mystical means "Having an import not apparent to the senses nor obvious to the intelligence; beyond ordinary understanding", it looks like I fall under "new age mysticism" lol

  • @OriginalJosh01 Are you going to Heaven when you die?

  • @randoley I believe to be absent from my body is to be present with the Lord.

  • @OriginalJosh01 How do you know that?

  • @randoley youtube would not let me reply to this message the day I wanted to (maintenance). I base my belief from the word of God. I do not practice "religious spookey" types of things, I do not say stuff like "Well you never know with God....", im not implying that you do. I look at this stuff on a entire different level. You serve a different God than I do. Are definitions of God (to me he is Father btw) are two very different characters. Any ways, it was nice talking to you.

  • Comment removed

  • @OriginalJosh01 God does bless us, but most of the time it isn't in worldly treasures. Your stance with God does not correlate to what blessings he has given you. The only blessing we need is the knowledge that we will live with Him in Heaven one day. Do you have that knowledge? I do. I don't need anything else.

  • Comment removed

  • @healtheland I'm sure it could be explained. Why don't you list out their names? =P Lol.

  • this is all 100% scripturally accurate... its sad that people criticize these teachings when they can all be proved in Gods word... this is a wonderful teaching... this reminds me how of the pharisees were so critical of jesus... they thought he was defying the word but he was only elaborating & amplifying it...
