Detox these ALL Artificial Sweeteners, Aspartame, Sucralose, Splenda, Fructose, out of your system and see if your joint pain doesn't improve. I have 9 herniated discs and come to find out it was all those poisons in my food that was causing the pain and not my discs......
I'm 28 and have had joint pain for as long as I can remember. I was diagnosed with patella femoral syndrom (where the cartilage under my knee cap has softened and my knee cap won't glide well over the joint) However, the pain is in ALL my joints and I have no explanation for it. I live in daily pain and the doctors just don't care, so I take Krill Oil, eat cherries, and take hot showers.
@lemondropsforever I've JRA, taken NSAID for 18 years and COX-2 for 3 years. I started Glucosamine (Kirkland) a month ago and now i'm off all prescription drugs. ALthought Glucosamine may not work for all arthritis patients, one can try and decide whether it's good for them. It takes 2 weeks to show results.
is it normal to have arthritus at age 16 in ur wrists, elbows, nuckles and knees? i seriously think i have it. it hurts once in a while, like a numbing, stinging pain that u cant really just rub away. hard to explain.

This video has only been viewed 7 times? That's stunning...you'd think more people would want to learn about this stuff.
