i live in a part of NJ with really nice outdoor trails. I prefer to run there over the gym, I cant run on a treadmill. PLus the air outside is so much better than the gym
I m 38 yrs, 234lbs have HBP n HR of 145 to 165 is this right I don't chest tightness or anything else but worry about being overboard, any suggestion for me.
Thanks for the comment inshinaco. The 203 would be your MAX heart rate, and as you increase you fitness level you will want to shoot for about 85 % of that, or 170 - 175. Arms are from proper lifting and nutrition and thank you!!!
@inshinaco 220 - 17 = 203. 203 Is the maximum your heart can beat. Your Cardiovascular level is between 122 to 163. That is the 60% to 80% Range. Anyless and you're just wasting your time. Any more and you're just killing yourself. You never want your heart beating at 95% + Otherwise you're destined for a heart attack. Think of it as a engine in a car, whats going to happen if you have the throttle pinned to the floor for a long time? Its probaly going to blow the engine. Same principal.

Wow, thanks.
One question, or two.
I am 17 does that mean I have to get my heart rate up to 203? Sounds like excess.
Also, how did you get those arms?!?!?!?!??!
I want a pair on me.
