Hehe, it's just a TV show game where the woman was handcuffed, "gagged" and blindfolded so her teammate couldn't understand what se was saying. This game in particular was completely senseless, since the sentence she had to "say" was a popular phrase (the earlier one gets wet, the more time one has to dry)...
