  • Mapleyamcakes - the didgeridoo is of a different realm than what you are used to, eat some mushrooms and listen, I mean really listen. Better yet, learn to play. Not as hard to get the basics as you may think.

  • winkles

  • Mein Yidaki von Burrngupurrngu sieht genau so aus , wie dieses !!!

  • Burrngupurrngu is without a doubt my favourite yirdaki maker. That is based on what i have seen through Ididjaustralia. I just love that sharp flexible sound. It seems to suit Larry's style of play very well also. Just my personal opinion.

  • mapleyamcakes, I can see where you are coming from, but it's a different kind of musical talent. When I listen to didgeridoo playing (or play myself) I look for the smallest variants and rhythm patterns; things like that. The didgeridoo is something on it's own, a different kind of instrument. It's not about complex compositions, but more about flowing and feeling.

Well, that's my humble view on it =)

    Beautiful video!

  • wow this guy is good

  • i appreciate the skill it takes to play an instrument of this nature, but when it comes to being musically talented, i just dont see it. its just lots of low pitched noise...

  • its closer to original Aboriginal rythm,he is doing th real thing, this is relaxing....

  • Wonderful !

  • He is ssssooooooooooo great!!!

  • Winiwini is surely the best yirdaki player right now..
