This is Naruto Ultimate Ninja 4, you can use timeskip characters in naruto ultimate ninja 4 from ultimate ninja 3, and look at the health bar design, and then look at the design of ultimate ninja 3. See its different, it`s because this is ultimate ninja 4. And if you would watch PART1 of the video first, you would`ve seen that there are shippuuden characters in this tournament. Not everythings a rickroll you know, think and watch the video before you comment!

you mean how big the story is, there is an extra shippuuden story arc that isn`t in the anime, and there is the normal story that goes to episode 18 of shippuuden, but the game is worth it`s money, it makes fun, and it isn`t that expensive, to beat the game and story you need over 15 hours.
