  • With Tina's dad at least they didn't show the beating he would've gotten for skippin school like my parents would've. The 2 asian guys i work with said that they stereotype with the parents especially if they're immigrants is pretty accurate. they also said if they came home with an A minus, they might as well of had an actual F in the class.

  • It's funny how the doctor says there is no more Perc in Gaby's body, but in the next breath she's thanking him for telling her about the Perc. Because she did tests but not for Perc because they didn't know about it at the time of testing, or, did they tell her about the Perc and they did more tests that would show symptoms of it? There were always so many inconsistencies in this show. lol.

  • I love it when Gabby has her hair down - she is sooo cute that way

  • wow, Tina's parents are too strict.

  • Tina's family is eating pho. Yum!

  • Shoulda had Erin Brockovich on this case.

  • Hearing the father, I can understand his wishes for his children to lead good and healthy lives but he just needs to remember that kids have dreams and where this kid is at, he has that opertunity.

  • being Asian must suck...

  • @jimmyPain2121 But asians are so hot!!!

  • @ChaseTerrier are u serios?

  • fuckin ghost writer!!

  • wow asian stereotype much? but lawwwwwwwls i love this show

  • Did anyone notice that when Alex looked at the bag Gaby's medicine came in, the spelling of the doctor's name is different than the spelling on her desk. Bag said Singhla, but her deski said Singla. Oh the joys of not checking for accuracy.

  • Everyone in Tina's family looks like they could be Vietnamese except for her brother

  • Wow... why don't we call FannieMae? LoL. I can name a buncha reasons not to call her. Or her brother, Freddie Mac... Awww, Gaby looks so sincerely conflicted at the end.

  • @olpfaw it sure looks that way ... lol

  • Finally, its about time we saw Tina's home life. (from the episodes I have seen)

  • Geez, Mr. Nguyen looks like he is about to execute someone.

  • "We will start an investigation..."

"We aren't going to do anything, but the government doesn't want to be embarrassed."

    That's my translation.

  • 7:03 She's the candy lady. lol

  • @juannie88 7:37 I think if those kids weren't there, you 2 would be in the middle of doing backwards cowgirl

  • How many oversized tshirts does Gaby *have*?

  • I've just been thinking but wouldn't the parents of these kids start to be alarmed if they found random messages and questions written by the kids but seemingly written to no one, just laying around the house?

  • what grade is Gaby suppose to be in

  • Probably the fifth grade.

  • Scully?@4:55 LOL

  • the lady at 4:55 is wearing the same green blazer tina wore in who's who

  • ahh the days when guys could wear flower print shirts ... goo alex

  • Dr. Singhla's name has an 'h' in the prescription note, but the name on her desk doesn't.

  • Doctors tend to have crappy handwriting (and that's not just a Hollywood stereotype, believe me), so it's possible the pharmacy just mis-read the signature. :D

  • Why'd they have to make Tina's parents like the stereotypical Asian parents?

It gives Americans the impression that all Asian parents are like that. I'm Asian (Indian technically, but similar stereotypes), and my parents made it quite clear early on I'm free to do whatever makes me happy.

  • Some things are universal. I think my parents would be pretty pissed if they found out that I gave up college to play in a band.

  • Sadly, most people who join rock bands never wind up making a decent living at it, and though his parents are a bit too harsh on him, they could be genuinely concerned for his future.

In addition, there are plenty of parents from all cultures (including all-American families) who think that having a son join a band would "disgrace" their family.

  • They were a bit harsh on Tuon, but in some cases it looks like he brings it on himself.

  • the lady in green is SOOOO hot

  • yess!!! 3 cheeeeeeers for asian stereotypes on TV!!!

  • The team has to be careful when they write to GW. It looks like Alex was using an unfinished order list that realistically his parents would write (though it looks like a kid's handwriting). I can just imagine Alex's mom or dad looking at the list and seeing that strange message on there, lol.

  • Tina's little sister is so cute!

  • oh wait there's the doctor

  • you would think once they found out what was hurting gaby, that a doctor would do the research to find out if she'll be okay not her teenage brother

  • [StupidDoucheBoy:] What does that mean?

    [StupidDoucheGirl:] Who Knows...

    LMAO!

  • The EPA is reconsidering whether to compel dry cleaners to phase out a cancer-causing chemical, perchloroethylene or perc, which is linked to cancer and neurological damage.

  • Boy! Lenni's dad and that sally chick really want to do it!

  • Those kids at the end are just damn stupid. "What does THAT mean?". Gaby was trying to tell you, douches.

  • alex, look up that big ass word on wikipedia, it's faster and more in depth, haha

  • Tina's family reminds me of mine: if one person screws up, it means everyone gets punished.

Though I kinda get where Tina's dad is coming from. I'd probably be mad too if my son missed 12 days of school just to play in a band.

  • Like some kids just jump over a sign that says hazardous waste on it.

  • in the last clip?

  • did anywone notice that rob never hung up the phone?

  • Yum..Pho for dinner!

  • It sounded like Lennis dad said "Hi bitch" lol!!

  • Who's Fannie May? She makes chocolate! ^_^

  • Sounds like the early 90s version of Michael Moore.

  • That article looked like it was pasted in.

  • The prescription looks realistic. Compazine (gen. prochloroperazine) is used for nausea.

  • that chick in the green jacket is HOT!

  • i woulda smacked the shit outta tina's brother if would have mocked me like that.

  • tinas dads too freakin strict

  • No, I like him. He only wants what's best for his family. Most bands fail.

  • I wonder who had Lenni's TV on when the team got to her house @ 6:30.

  • dude, the Dad was home. In another room, remember, he walks into the Kitchen saying "i thought I heard voices!"

  • One name. Peter Silverman. Check youtube on him and the confrontation with the optometrist. It was featured on CNN.

  • LOL! i've seen that on here!

  • 6:49 lol rob looks cock-eyed

  • That's origonal vitenamese people working in a taylor shop. lol.

  • Ha jamal's finnaly done cleaning his room! he's all late "unbelievable

  • "why r u late?" sheesh, tina's dad needs to calm down.

  • well if i found out my son was missing class..him being late would push it over the top

  • It's a traditional Vietnamese family, perhaps that's the way things are.

  • Yeah but tinas bro is way hot lol

  • Yeah...good point

  • the mothers strict depriving them of after school freedom!

  • and to be honest, tina's dad seems like a real jerk.

  • all he cares about is making money.

  • @Wheeloffortunefan999 Yep, Tina's dad is a stonehead.

  • She probably meant that since Gaby hasn't been around it for a while it's most likely out of her system.

  • The doctor probably tested for many things in her system and found none. Besides, Gaby was only exposed for a very short time.

  • Did I mention my mother is Vietnamese making me 1/2 Vietnamese?

  • I thought for a second that he was blind, but I guess he looks very serious.

  • Yes, he does!!

  • First viewer!!!

  • lol...Tina's dad looks crazy...

  • i have to admit, you're right about that.
