You wanna know a trick? if you throw a frag over the roof for first blood, and it hits any of the (unbroken, IMPORTANT) roof-windows, it will bounce like an aimbot over to the enemy spawn! like it gets a turbo or something! Sometimes it can fail and just fall trough the glass, but if done correctly, it will be a WIN!! :D Once i just threw one over, and it hit RIGHT beside an enemy that just arrived from spawn and killed him :)

There is another opening, works usually on C-dom. You run towards the middle building and throw a grenade into the opening where the enemy usually walks through. If you get there in decent time, say Marathon non-pro with any perk other than Light Weight speed, then you'll get a kill. Usually I throw a semtex so I don't have to cook it, last time I threw one it made a pretty arc right into some guy's face.

There is a good demo 'nade that you left out. The spot I am referring to is at 1min 11sec into the video, you are going out the shack on the back of the map on cliffside and immediately outside of the door is a radio tower. Approach the tower and aim between the tower leg closest to you and the leg across from it so that you are aimed directly towards the bomb site, the 'nade will drop directly onto bombsite A. Great for offense, or defense if you flanked the enemy
