I dont think its supposed to be played that fast... Also, i have a couple of tips for you; try following the dynamic, it says to play in mezzo forte throughout, but it sounds nicer when you use crescendo's & decrescendo's when traveling up and down the staff. Another thing, cantabile means "in a singing style", so try making the the notes on the top louder and the ones on the bottom quieter as if to make it sound like two people were singing it, one in soprano and the other tenor.
If you follow these tips it will make the song sound way better:) Really great job though! keep up with your practicing and you'll be golden!
