  • filthy whore at :25

  • imagine ewing in his prime together with tmac... WOW

  • C : Patrick Ewing

PF : Karl Malone / Charles Barkley

    SG : Reggie Miller

    SG : Allen Iverson

    PG : John stockton

  • If Joey Crawford had been officiating double technicals would have been called on Ewing and Thomas at 2:05

  • C: Patrick Ewing

    PF: Karl Malone

    SF: Grant Hill

    SG: Reggie Miller

    PG: John Stockton

Best players of the 90's to never win a ring :'(

  • Fuck I wish Patrick Ewing would've gotten ONE championship. He was a WARRIOR! Dude spit blood for The Knicks. He gave 150% every night.

    Ewing was THE MAN!

That blonde chick @ 0:25, DAYUM! lol

  • fucking Kurt Thomas challenging his shot? punk

btw Why did not Pat go for a dunk??? instead he took a tuff shot.

Great guy, NY wont have another like him.

  • 4:04 is that a lady?

  • As u look clearly at 2:21 u can see that Lebron traveled

  • To cheapshot Charlie Ward and the 3stooges,i mentioned bfore hand wanted to suspend half the squad for the remaining gms,i kno we woulda beat the Bulls that yr n went to sweep the Jazz!I still cant get over that shit smfh..Still got love for Pat tho.Hey MSG,this man has no biznezz not having a job with the organization!Do something right for a change Dolan!

  • Good ol Pat Ewing,if its 1player that deserves a ring that didnt get 1,its him.For so many yrs he was New York,n management never gave him that #2 star to hold him down.i love Starks big heart n fierceness but keepn it 1hunned ,he wasnt no leg.#2/he'd b in the hall of fame. Then when they brought in LJ,Houstan,n Spree it was too late.Lest I 4get Stern,Stu Jackson,Rob Thorn n that slickhaired Gordon Gekko wannabe Pat Riley n his Miami Cheat cost us that 1real shot we had when he got PJ Brown

  • wow, this shows my age, Andrew Declerq, Troy Hudson, and Jack Givens interviewing Patrick, good memories

  • haha grant hill would be injured

  • fans interested with him, not NY :)

  • omg number 6 scored 6 points 2/3 fg 2x3=6!

  • Never really liked Pat during the 90's but certainly have to respect the guy for what he did for the franchise. Terrific player in his prime.

  • i really feel sorry for great players not winning championships...

  • @ozimus he played in the Jordan Era. Many great players just never got a championship and it really does suck

  • @Johnnyboom1 True! Then again, they played with the Best of the Best, the level they played on was High!

  • @ozimus Being a Bullss fan, i felt really sorry for great players like Ewing, Stockton, Malone(the title with Lakers...forget it), Do Wilkins...

  • @ozimus Michael Jordan is the one responsible for the crime LoL ...Barkley, Ewing, Miller, Kemp, Malone, Stockton & Many More

  • @snkammar hahaha! agreed!!

  • if he wasnt injured, they wouldve won at LEAST 5..

  • The media today has fucked up the NBA.

  • ewing is awesome but i preffer jordan.

  • who is this guy? Ewing from the highlights i've seen was not good at all, he was a product of an easy era of basketball. In todays nba he would get dominated by the Bosh pitt and Gasol. This guy aint shit, look how slow he is

  • @77danigga Does that mean Jordan, Barkley, Olajuwan, Malone and many others ain't shit as well? They all played during Ewing's time, the supposedly easy era of basketball.

  • @77danigga Get the fuck outta here with that shit-that's the most disrespectful comment I've ever read. Please Google his career stats and get back to me. You can't pay a center enough money to hit jumpers and free throws like Ewing did. Plus he's tall as shit and he could probably whup your ass. I saw Patrick in ATL in Lenox Mall wearing a white mink fur coat, a three-piece suit, and a fedora with a feather, and I still showed him love.

  • @YadaBeats he never hit big shots, give me a highlight of ewing hitting a big shot....but gason and bosh and howard can knock down the big shots. he always got dunked on, the man was not great, just great among average 1990's players. I think fans like yourself need to step back for the new generation of fans like myself. the nba is about dunks, music, entertainment, something you old school fans know nothing about. Go enjoy your 85-77 games, i like the 120-116 games, with 360 dunks.

  • @77danigga what?? Patrick Ewing was amongst the top 5 centers playing the position in his day. He is in the Basketball Hall Of Fame for your FYI. I you knew anything about the sport you'd understand that the game is not all about buzzer-beaters, and dunks with HipHop music and mascots doing flips. That's fine, but you should learn to observe players' skill levels at the position and then judge them. You're probably a silly Kobe fan who likes the halftime show more than the actual game.

  • @YadaBeats I looked him up. Interesting for a big player like him to have a soft touch like that. Looking at him limp around showed me he had knee issues? Do you think Ewing could guard or vice versa Dirk? I mean he is a 7 footer who can shoot like a guard...Also, the talent in the 1990's in the league was not very good, you have to agree with me on that....

  • @77danigga well, the game has changed and I will agree that it was a lot less all-around guys than now. Ewing wasn't all-around either, but he did a better job guarding Olajuwon than Shaq did in the finals. Ewing played with so many injuries but in so many big playoff games-it's hard to say whether he'd compare to the centers of today but he did have skills in his time. But his jumper was money. I like todays game. It's a lot of things we've learned from the 90s, and we built on that..

  • @77danigga You got better talent now than in the 1990s, but back then you had good talent at the position and not everyone trying to be Jordan. Players had some things that they could do, but they did those few things pretty good. Ray Allen reminds me of Reggie Miller, for instance. Some things still look the same in a weird way. But then you got Dwayne Wade, Kobe, Carmello, Lebron-those "Jordanesque" types of guys who can do anything with the rock. I can't knock it-it's all good.

  • @77danigga

the 90s have better players, it was the greatest time for the nba.

  • @77danigga

    patrick did hit big shots.

and he was one of the best centers ever.

  • @petercriscuola where on you tube can I find a big Ewing shot? Game 7 vs the Pacers in 1995? Game 4 vs the Bulls in 1996? Game 5 vs Pacers 1994 when Miller was going crazy? I'm waiting.....

  • @77danigga

do yourself the search, i have seen ewing doing big shots, i dont need youtube, maybe you need it.

  • @77danigga dude, you obviously were born late...you prolly were a young boy during the 90s.

  • @77danigga, the only thing you are right about is that the nba is now about music entertainment and dunks which is why it sucks so bad, i wish the refs would let the players play like in the 90s and then you would see great, tough players like ewing emerge again, but now you have point guards being the mvp cause your not allowed to touch them without a foul being called so they just get to the rim whenever they want, the old nba is so much better then the new nba thats where the GOAT came from

  • @nickstr09 Different era man, look at the horrible games in the 1990's...hand checks? You dont need to play like that. And Ewing for a big man to hit jump shots like that? I give him credit, but look at todays 6-10 plus players who are much better shooters than Ewing...And Ewing in the 1990's lost every single big man battle. Robinson, Shaq, Hakeem. Smits went toe to toe with him, Mourning we can all agree was a PF playing center. Ewing would not dominate in todays game is what i'm saying.

  • @77danigga horrible games in the 90's? those games with all the fighting and scrapping were much better then todays games where theres a whistle every trip down the floor, the toughness is the whole reason why there were so many great bigmen in that era, would you rather have chris (bitch) bosh or patrick ewing fighting for a rebound? there are TOO many good jumpshooting bigmen and not enough tough rebounding bigmen nowadays, even without the hand checking i still think ewing would be a force

  • @77danigga no way, ewing lost some, won some.put him on a team with a good number 2 scorer, like pippin and he wouldve won 5 rings at least.but to say he lost every single big man battle is insane

  • @sabreyow come on, 5 rings? He did lose every big man battle.....Rank for me, hakeem, robinson, shaq, ewing, daugherty, mourning.... better than morning and daugherty but not better than the others

  • @77danigga You a idiot! This when he was already in the league like over 12 years or something. Bosh and Gasol would not survive in the old NBA days to physical for their likings. You don't know basketball...stick to making idiotic remarks

  • That vintage baseline fadeaway. PAT NEVER MISSED THAT (it seemed) IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS.

  • Ewing don't even look right in an Orlando jersey. Patrick > Knickabocker for life...and they were chanting Patrick Ewing....I hope he goes back and Coach New York and win a championship there.......A Legend!

  • What a douche, i would have let Patrick gone right to the hoop and dunk that instead of contesting a fallaway jumper, one of the if not the greatest Knick of all time takes his last shot at MSG, IDGAF if the game was over douche should have let him score

  • Basketball died for me after this game.

  • He missed in just about every final like he missed his last shot of his career. What a great player that just had a little bad luck IMO.

  • if only ewing was in his prime with t-mac in orlando

  • ewing still on orlando right now hes the assistant coach i think

  • yeah i got it, my bad pimpin

  • Mistake trading him to Seattle, That started the salary cap issues.

  • thats how cavs fans should treat lebron they should thank him for giving EVERYTHING in 7 years

  • ewing is the greatest knick ever if knicks fans are coming on here slagging him off your realy stupid

  • Paaaaaaaaatrick Ewwwwwwwing !!

  • at 4:28 you can hear his Jamaican accent...

  • I remember seeing this live...I almost cried. As a Knick fan,it was sad to see how the franchise and the some of the media and fans disrespected him.We didnt give him the respect he deserved!!!

  • Rusty- I love your love for Patrick and how high you regard him. Patrick was and is my Fav player ever to play in the NBA. However I have to say you are wrong about being in the top 5 of the top 10 to ever play. He def is in the top 5 centers of all time however there were many players that you have to skip that were dominate on both ends like Patrick but won titles and carried their teams. Pat did not have a Pippen or a Kobe or a lebron by his side, which carries more weight in his favor.

  • Ewing influenced the game more than Shaq how? The NBA changed the rules because of Shaq... remember when there used to be illegal defense? Now zone defense is allowed, that was put in soley because Shaq was dominating too much for the laugue to handle in his prime. And what about "Hack-a-Shaq"... that was another tactic that started simple as a way to stop him. The game never changed based on Ewing for his style of play or dominance.

  • i'd say hes in the top 5 certainly top 10 greatest players ever, a true legend

  • @rustykeys178 are you fucking high?

  • @YouGotJEWD give me 10 players that better than him

  • @rustykeys178 loooool okay Shaq Olajuwon Malone Kobe Garnett Jordan Magic Duncan Bird Kareem Should I keep going?
  • @YouGotJEWD ewing has influenced the game more than shaq has ever done yes he was mvp but that was only with kobe alongside him, ewing ran the knicks on his own, shaqs a great player no doubt but put ewing in his prime in that lakers team i guarentee he would have posted better numbers than shaq, oh yeah and also mate i dont know who you are or where your from but seriously 'looooool' and you want me to take you seriously ?

  • @YouGotJEWD garnett was not better than ewing and neither was duncan

  • God bless Patrick Ewing. Even as a Bulls fan, you have to love the man's intensity and devotion to basketball. A true warrior.

  • Man back when Ewing, Johnson, Sprewell, Houston, Starks, Childs...loved that team

  • @Koinuboy

    you forgot charles oakley

  • Ewing was great. Awesome.

  • Always hard to see him with another shirt than NY, he would have deserved to finish his carreer in the Knicks.

  • one of many times knick fans have cheered for the other team

  • one of the greatest to ever play the center position.

  • its so messed up the guy guarding ewing could not let him score

  • GREAT KNICK OF ALL TIME!!!

  • P. EWING!!!!!!

  • IT REALLY WAS A SHAME HE DIDNT GET A CHAMPIONSHIP

  • @fazman52 unlike lebron he was determined to get a championship for the team that drafted him

  • @Dezal3 yeh the man was a true champion .... great player.

  • had pat made that turnaround, the garden would have gone crazy

  • PATRICK EWING!

  • I was at this game for the reason it may have been Ewings last game..awesome moment

  • Hes definitely in my top 10 of all time Centers.

  • the chick at 0:28 was banginn

  • The best ny Knick ever....

  • He deserves damn ring.....

  • I think he is Mr. Knick in this way. He put effort in every game. He came short. Some ways by falling short, he achieves some sort of mortality.

  • Patrick Ewing is GOD

  • ewing nba legend

  • Really, you're going to trash Patrick Ewing, how dare you!! You wouldn't have gona as far as you did witouht him. I was a Bulls fan, but I will not and repeat NOT have anybody disrespect somebody that helped the Knicks franchise tremendously. He's a Hall of Famer on the court and off the court, you might as well say f*ck everybody who played for the Knicks besides the '70 and '73 teams. I'm waiting for a response. Bring it.

  • spelled gone wrong, lol.

  • @tbspatriot I agree my friend, I grew up a huge Bulls fan, and honesetly without the Ewing led Knicks, their rivalry would be nothing. Ewing, like MJ and all the other players of the 90's, made basketball entertaining and set the standard for how basketball should be played.

  • @tbspatriot i got a chance to meet him.........he his so mich fun

  • @tbspatriot AMEN BROTHER

  • @tbspatriot You ever get that response? I'm guessing no:).

  • @tbspatriot there better not be a response, as much of a Bulls fan i was too, i was waiting for the Bulls, Knicks match up, even though i really didnt cause you never knew what would happen with a Ewing led Knick team. but Jordan was Jordan but besides that, Patrick Ewing was a WARRIOR for the Knicks. anything and everything was hurting him in the 98-99 half season. no normal man wouldve played through what Patrick did. who knows if MJ couldve. damn shame Patrick never won his title

  • @tbspatriot Us bulls fans have more admiration for the endless list of great players that were burned by playing in the 90's..... Ewing was great better than shaq just played in the wrong era

  • Learn English

  • okay that didn't even make any sense.

  • You want real fans... Come to philly.

  • real violent fans, lololol!

  • Patrick Ewing put the Knicks in the basketball map of the NBA during the late 80's to 90's, hope he wins a title as a assistant coach at this yr.'s finals against the lakers...

  • pussy

  • I like those old magic jerseys better

  • the ones before these were even better.

  • I agree, the Shaq Orlando era Jerseys were the best.

  • Always loved Pat and hated the knicks for trading him for fucking glen rice.

    #33 always!

  • I hated that trade. He should've have played his whole career in New York. It just wasn't cool to see him coming off the bench in Orlando.

  • doc rivers was an idiot

  • I was at this game.

  • thats some bullshit, whole knicks organization is fucked up, unloyal mother fuckers

gurantee spurs would never trade tim duncan no matter how bad he was playing, thats all loyalty

  • Glen Rice sucks balls.

  • i like glen rice but i thought the trade was dumb

  • thanks for uploading

  • that was media the fans loved him

  • I was at this game.

  • lucky you :)

i wish i could experience the atmosphere of a game like this one yet alone watching a nba game :(

  • fav , moment. Got this on tape still. sad thing to see him to play one last time in MSG. Got the whole 93 - 99 season on tapes.

  • could you put some of those games up?

  • yeah plz!!! put some games.

  • Cool!!!
