Yeah if you don't get this film you won't like it. It's meant to be ridiculous, it's meant to be silly but it does it so well that it is really good and funny. It also portrays a serious message at the same time. That is just pure skill!

If you do watch this and review it as an "action" film, then you've got it all wrong.
In Machete Kills film it in Arizona. Get Clint Eastwood as a racist sheriff with sirens on his gran torino and his weapon of choice a 44. Magnum. That be funny as hell.

@Ulfwerener Crap u say? Grindhouse films are entertaining with violence & 18+ packed, way greater than some expensive films that are really crapped such as Eclipse, Narnia, etc. Those are really crap. Grindhouse is good that I can watch few times. Going to buy Machete, need to check whether it is available at DVD shops yet.
@taekarkung No mate, I wrote "crap" as in: They are supposed to be all blurry and display "missing reel" signs and stuff. Thats kinda part of the genre.
@Ulfwerener Oh okay. Yes, especially when comes to goodies part, they would just make it like it ran out of film reels and rolling empty. Should have made it even clearer for us to see how's d hot action going. :-P
