She's so lovely; but I just love Paul Westerburg's version. He's just so . . . broken, and it's really a song about being broken, isn't it? She makes it sound so pleasant and upbeat, but it's a bit melancholy, and he pulls that off. But she sings so wonderful!
@MsKat1972 I agree. This is a nice version, but the happiness in her voice doesn't match the melancholy lyrics. That said, I'm not going to bash anyone who covers Westerberg.

This version is better then Westerberg's one IMHO
