Ummm! Why would they do that? Cause an illegal immigrant NEVER gets a tax refund after they file their income taxes in April. Cause that is then the IRS finds that their SS numbers are counterfiet. They pay their state and federal taxes, but NEVER receive a refund. The IRS doesn't investigate fraudulant SS numbers until they have to write a check. They are glad to collect those taxes though.
