  • the good doctor wasn't really feeling all the childish bullcrap.

  • Unprofessionalism at its best...

  • classy. but it's texas--what do you expect?

  • @dalotel Its was a doctor giving his deposition because someone is suing him in a tort case. This is not a trial and he is not a witness.

  • wow ! not cool!

  • two points for the good doctor...

  • The answer was better than the question!

  • a dirty lawyer at work

  • Poker face

  • This parasite lawyer should lose his law license.

Scumbag doesn't sound professional at all.

  • LOL

  • Deponent could have legally walked out of the deposition

  • @801greg Good - this wouldn't be allowed in Europe. The barrister would be told to straighten up or resign!

  • @FieldMarshalRommel23 wrote,

Wow, this means zero coming from a silly little bitch who "liked" a video entitled "Consoling A Roommate" featuring three 14 or 15 year old girls in bed together in their night clothes.

You're either a borderline pedophile or a loud-mouthed teeny boy unqualified to lecture anybody about anything.

  • @ForTheDefence78 I don't remember viewing a video "Consoling A Roommate" - Anyways my GF sometimes uses my account too because i'm always logged in!

  • @ForTheDefence78 The girls in that video are in their 20s. Regardless of their age though a pedophile is someone who is attracted to pre-pubescent girls and those girls clearly aren't pre-pubescent.

  • @BobLeeSwagger20

    Dearest Bob,

Thanks for clearing that up. I couldn't actually bring myself to watch the shite video, so I based my estimation of their age on the picture in the thumbnail.

Furthermore, I specifically stated "borderline pedophile," not "pedophile."

  • He is Houston attorney Paul Waldner. He’s a partner at Vikery, Waldner & Mallia, which is an arm of Justice Seekers in Texas.

  • Is anybody so kind to provide me with a transcription of the words of these gentlemen? I am German studying English and I do not get the words acoustically. Thank you so much!

  • While I do think many attorneys take themselves too seriously (e.g. too stiff, etc.) I think this is a bit over the top. He's very proud of himself but I am unsure the good Doctor who is being deposed was too pleased. Might be a good Video to forward to the TX Bar for Professional Standards, but what do I know, I'm just a dirt lawyer...

  • I believe this was a taped practice for the defendant. No way this happened in the courtroom.

  • @mikinmontague Can anybody

  • Gotta be awkward for him knowing these guys are trying to lynch him and laughing at the same time. But hey at least he got them laughing next stop buy them drinks and your done son. Wish I knew why they were deposing him.

  • I disagree, the Dr. Didn't look amused, at all. He did act like he was smiling, but his look was "wtf I've worried about and prepared for this for weeks, and u guys a pulling this shit?".

  • @UnscrupulousAgitator I agree with you! What the hell kind of BS is this??

  • @UnscrupulousAgitator Actually yes he did. That thing you see on his face when asked and answering and at the end is what is known in technical terms as a smile. PLUS this is clearly NOT in a courtroom. This looks like he is getting prepared by what is most likely his legal team to testify.

  • @searcher619 Depositions aren't taken in courtrooms.

  • No wonder the world hates lawyers. This is disgusting, sophmoris bathroom humor that has no place in a deposition.

  • Is that guy a lawyer or a gameshow host? A Ray Coombs wannabe!

  • It's refreshing to see a lawyer who doesn't take his profession so seriously. Everyone in the room, including the doctor, was laughing. Kudos to the attorney.

  • Was that Gary Busey?

  • It's amazing what passes for the practice of law in texas.

  • @2011blueman Im amazed what passes for the practice of law anywhere

  • I always wonder about those out of town lawyers. They often have seemed silly.

  • I didn't know I was allowed to drink during depositions. Learn something every day.

  • I'm glad I wasn't his reporter. It's flat-out offensive and unprofessional. His law degree probably came from Florida.

  • stupid

  • I would have got up and walked out and never spoke to them again. Period..

  • Objection to form. You can answer.
