dude! you used 3d max or an other pro 3d software! created some curved lines all starting at the same point, gave em thickness, gave um luminous or self glowing material which is quite simple with the mat editor, rotated a camera around it with some animated camera effects (edit camera properties) , music!!! quite easy but looks amazing! kudos!!!
