Gardening With Maurice was mentioned in GTA 3. Sadly it wasn't on =(. Chatterbox with Lazlow was the ONLY Talk radio station on GTA 3. I wish they made LCFR on there and it had "GARDENING WITH MAURICE" On there. Like they did in Vice City with VCPR. They made it only Pressing Issues. Which was a boring show.
