What I like here is that everyone acknowledges eachothers exist and warns those who aren't paying attention with a horn. Unlike in America, where a horn is used as defense. Without traffic lights it goes to show Iraqis are smart enough to know which drivers to put on the road.

The horn is for warning one of your presence and I use it as that if necessary....or if a light turns green. Seriously, don't you just hate it when they're too slow off the green light?
