Dude! at that part at 5:29. I always went up there and pulled the switch to change that room with the platforms. It'll save me time and death for this area. THANK YOU BADASS!

@evenlyuneven I think you have to jump off the slope before you fall off holding action to stop her banging her head, do a running jump to the switch and hold action, she will pull the switch before even landing. Then I think I rolled and grabbed the med pak on the way out for little or no damage, timing is tight though.

They're pretty cool artificial reflections applied to the rolling blades. Although, as you can see at 9:17; they got reflection wrong: Lara stands staring at her own backside. Creepy.

That health pack should be obtainable if you decisively back flip your way through the spiked garbage compact- I mean, deadly dungeon of doom: Maybe back flip from the lever, pickup the pack, then continue a back flip outta there?

Actually it is possible to grab that medpack..you just need to perform some perfect jumps, already at the beginning when you enter the room.

But I wasn't able to grab it either
