  • Not useful unless you show us how these things work!

  • @sweethotcandy29 Hello, we have other videos that demonstrate these tools...

  • what i discovered is a dip bar, get in the dip position, DO NOT perform dip. let you legs hang ,do not wing or jerk. you will hear the spine release from gravity pulling your legs. SLOWLY lower yourself or place foot on supports and step down. Do not jump to ground. repeat 3xs 15 sec a piece

  • hanging is good as long as you don't do it from the neck.

  • What is the point of having a video if you are going to show us things in detail? Way too much talk, it might as well be radio or you might as well have written an article

  • hanging is the most simply way to improve posture...

  • What about hanging upside down from monkey bars? Would that give the same effect as an inversion table?

  • how do you use the exercise ball to decompress the spine??????

  • @hypnos315 lying with you back on the ball will give you a slight inversion though not full inversion like on an inversion table

  • People say that the inversion table is great, yet the gravitational forces will pull mainly on the non problematic discs. The VAX D or DRX9000 or Spine MED, are ok but for great results look at the Hill Evolution DT, a smooth and specific decompressive force with the correct forces. Physiotherapy... when you really have a problem and your ready, to have relief look elsewere, there is relief!

  • Spinal decompression is NOT any of these methods. These methods are only traction.

  • Did I miss it, or did you neglect to comment on the Pilates' ball (that's the one I was waiting for...lol).

  • Are you wearing tzitzit? If so, well done! But where's the kipa?

  • NUBAX it is.....love it

  • Very helpful. Thank you.

  • less talking, more demonstration

  • @supra297 - We demonstrate both devices in other videos.

  • @MrHealthyback

How about the VAX D machine ?

  • @supra297

watch vids on the VAX D

  • The Nubax device is excellent... it allows you to control the amount of traction needed and is so easy to use.

  • @MrHealthyback think it's better than the inverter?

  • @MrHealthyback I just wondered if you might be able to help. Is the Nubax okay for people who have had spinal surgery. I had a lumbar discectomy 1994. I don't have any fusions or metal in my spine.

  • @Hertsman50 I am a physical therapist and I will only say this. ASK YOUR SURGEON!!!! Every surgery is different and if he only removed the herniation you may be okay, but if he cut any ligaments, cut bone off, put hardware in, etc. you may or may not be able to do it. Be safe! I imagine it is safe because you are "stretching," but again your surgeon knows best.

  • @OlliMSa it was actually a laminectomy so yes some bone was cut away.

  • @OlliMSa

whats your Opinion of this video

VAX D IS OPPOSITE OF TRACTION

  • @Hertsman50 - As with any product you are considering after a surgery you should consult your Surgeon, that said, the Nubax would be a great device as it give you far more control over the amount of decompression that you will get when you use it, and I would highly recommend this over an inversion table for your case.
